Foundation of the Hytech Group
Hytech Group was established in 1992 in Pune, India, with a mission to deliver cutting-edge industrial technology solutions and hands-on learning tools to both industry and education sectors. Initially focused on industrial automation and hydraulics, Hytech quickly became known for practical engineering solutions and custom automation systems.
Expansion into Educational Solutions
As industrialization accelerated and the demand for skilled automation professionals grew, Hytech expanded into the education sector, developing practical training solutions that bridge classroom theory and industrial practice. This strategic move laid the foundation for what would become Hytech Automation.
Industrial Automation & Robotics Integration
Throughout the 2000s, Hytech became a trusted partner for industrial automation and robotics integration, serving major clients across sectors. Hytech Automation started delivering deployment and turnkey solutions, including robotics integration for manufacturing lines and special purpose machinery.
Growth in Training Labs & Smart Manufacturing Solutions
Responding to the global shift toward Industry 4.0, Hytech automation expanded its portfolio to include mechatronics, smart factory systems, CNC training solutions, digital twin platforms, AR/VR integration, and IIoT-enabled equipment. These solutions became core components of advanced automation labs in technical institutes and vocational training centers nationwide and beyond.
Global Outreach & Educational Impact
Hytech automation grew to become a leading manufacturer of industrial automation training kits, with over 16,000 installations in India and more than 200 installations internationally, spanning TVET institutions, engineering colleges, and training centers.
Formal Establishment
To strengthen its focus on educational equipment manufacturing, Hytech automatin was formally registered as a dedicated entity for training systems, taking its hands-on automation and robotics solutions to a wider academic market.
