Subject: Formal Notice of Cancellation of Agreements and Change in Authorized Representation
We, M/s Hytech Automation, hereby formally announce that all service agreements, distributor agreements, and channel partner agreements previously executed with the following companies stand cancelled with immediate effect:
- M/s Marconi Technologies – Hyderabad
- M/s Bluechip Infocorp Pvt Ltd – Rajkot
- M/s Lawrence and Mayo India Pvt Ltd
- M/s Simusoft Technologies
- M/s Nihas Technologies – Coimbatore
- M/s Zephyr Technologies – Kolkata
- M/s Virtus Bizcomp
Reason for Cancellation:
M/s Hytech Automation has recently entered into a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with a European OEM. As per the terms and conditions of this agreement, we are required to discontinue all existing associations and engagements within the Indian domestic market through third-party partners. Consequently, we are obligated to terminate the above-mentioned agreements with immediate effect.
Impact on Existing Contracts and Services: - Any existing contracts for Hytech Automation equipment, whether for sales or service, entered into through the above-mentioned entities shall no longer be honored by M/s Hytech Automation through these partners.
- All ongoing and future engagements related to Hytech Automation equipment shall be handled directly by M/s Hytech Automation.
- With respect to service contracts:
o Contracts with a remaining tenure of less than one (1) year shall be discontinued and will be renewed directly with M/s Hytech Automation.
o Contracts with a remaining tenure of more than one (1) year shall be assumed by M/s Hytech Automation on a pro-rata basis, ensuring continuity of service without disruption. - Any long-term associations or engagements previously managed by the above partners shall henceforth be transitioned and managed directly by M/s Hytech Automation.
Cancellation of Authorization:
Any document, communication, or representation identifying the above-mentioned entities as authorized distributors, service providers, or channel partners of M/s Hytech Automation shall be deemed null and void with immediate effect.

Partner Notification:
All necessary information regarding this transition has already been formally communicated to the aforementioned partners.
Geographical Scope:
Please note that this change is applicable exclusively to the Indian market. Any agreements or engagements outside India shall remain valid and unaffected.
