Hytech’s First Stage builds a strong foundation in industrial automation through hands-on exposure to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and motion control systems. Learners develop core skills in ladder programming, signal integration, and basic IIoT connectivity, preparing them for advanced automation and smart manufacturing environments.
The Second Stage builds core automation skills through integrated electropneumatic and electrohydraulic training systems using PLCs, HMIs, relays, valves, actuators, and industrial sensors. Learners design, implement, and troubleshoot real industrial control circuits while mastering sequencing, interlocking, and control logic. This hands-on stage develops strong practical competence in fluid power automation and prepares learners for advanced mechatronics, robotics integration, and smart manufacturing environments.
The Third Stage advances learners into industrial robotics, covering SCARA, handling robots, COBOTs, and welding robots integrated with PLCs, HMIs, and IIoT platforms. With Digital Twin–based offline programming, IO-Link communication, and smart factory concepts, learners gain real-world expertise in robotic cell design, simulation, and intelligent automation.
The Fourth Stage focuses on CNC turning and milling, combined with maintenance, simulation, and IIoT integration. Learners experience a fully automated Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) system with robotics, ASRS, vision inspection, SCADA, and Digital Twin technologies—preparing them for advanced digital manufacturing roles.
Hytech’s automation training solutions address diverse industrial learning needs, covering continuous process control and discrete manufacturing systems. Learners gain hands-on exposure to PLC, HMI, sensors, motion, pneumatics, and Industry 4.0 technologies, building practical skills aligned with real industrial automation environments.
Hytech’s Second Stage advances learners from fundamentals to applied mechatronics—bridging automation with robotics. Through PLC-HMI integration, servo control, VFDs, sensors, and IIoT connectivity, trainees master motion control, data monitoring, and system optimization. This stage transforms conceptual understanding into real-world capability, empowering learners to design, program, and operate modern automated systems confidently.
