The Hytech Handling Robocell is an advanced, industrial-grade robotic training platform that integrates a 6-Axis Articulated Robot, PLC, IIoT, and sophisticated Vision Systems to deliver a complete Industry 4.0 automation experience. Mounted on a mobile mild steel structure with castor wheels and anti-vibration mounts, this robust cell is designed for high-speed applications in a safe, educational environment. It features polycarbonate-based doors for maximum visibility and safety
Real 6-Axis Robot

Industrial 6-Axis Articulated Robot (e.g., Mitsubishi 8 CRL / Fanuc LR Mate) with a minimum reach of 700mm and 7KG payload. Uses an electrically actuated SCHUNK gripper.

Features a dedicated Central Control Unit with a PLC (Siemens S7 1200 / Mitsubishi FX5) and a IIoT HMI. Enables real-time data acquisition, cloud connectivity, remote diagnostics, and smart factory connectivity.

Integrates Cognex / BALLUFF vision sensors for high-accuracy inspection, presence detection, and defect identification. The robot makes decisions based on visual data.

All components communicate via Profinet and IO-Link protocols, reflecting modern industrial standards. Smart Lights with IO-Link provide visual process status feedback.

Fully protected setup equipped with emergency stops and door interlocks to ensure essential knowledge of industrial safety standards.

Offline Programming software installed on the workstation serves as a digital dynamic twin for creating and testing robotic programs virtually.
