The RFID-Driven Automated Bottling & Capping System is an industry-oriented training platform that simulates a complete intelligent bottling line used in modern packaging and manufacturing industries. It integrates discrete automation, motion control, sensors, pneumatics, PLC logic, and Industry 4.0 concepts into a single, hands-on learning system.

The system demonstrates the full bottle lifecycle—from sorting and RFID-based recipe selection to precise filling, verification, capping, and final discharge—all coordinated through an industrial PLC to replicate real smart bottling plants.

Powered by Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Siemens MTP 700 Unified HMI, with PLC–HMI–SCADA and Digital Twin integration, the training cell enables learners to develop control logic, visualize live processes, and gain practical skills in sequencing, traceability, accuracy, and fault handling, aligned with Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing practices.
